Returns & Exchanges
We appreciate our customers and take pride in being able to offer you exceptional service, quality, and unbeatable prices. We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from our site. Should an item not meet your expectation, return it within 30 days in its original condition and packaging and we will gladly exchange it or issue a refund /store credit for the purchase price.
WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR SHIPMENT:
Please inspect your package as soon as you receive it and immediately try on the main portion of your item to ensure it fits properly.
In the rare case there is a damaged, missing or incorrect item in your package we require that you contact us via email email@example.com within 48 hours after receiving your package. We will work with you to determine the nature of the defect and resolve the situation. If I made no attempt to contact us via telephone or email regarding the damaged / missing items within 48 hours, all items are deemed correct & received.
RETURN, REFUND OR EXHANGE REQUIREMENTS:
In order to receive an exchange or a refund, you must fill out a Return Request Form and include it with the item you are returning.
Merchandise must be received no later than 30 days from the original ship date in order to process your request for a refund, exchange or store credit. Items received after the 30-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return requirements will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
All items must be returned unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition, with its original packaging (undamaged and properly resealed) and tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). All items MUST be returned as a complete set.
Due to health regulations, all sales of opened hosiery, body stockings, wigs, panties and bikinis are final, and returns will not be accepted. Please make sure these items are returned in their original, unopened packaging, and have not been worn.
Health regulations also stipulate that any clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered shall be considered in "other that new condition" and are not eligible for return, exchange or a store credit. Items that smell of perfume, smoke or body odor, have been exposed to animals and/or pet hair, or have been laundered will not be accepted.
Any merchandise received that does not meet all return requirements will be returned to you at your expense, and you will forfeit all claims.
Hit The Beach! also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges.
All International Orders are considered Final Sales.
All Clearance Items are considered Final Sales.
Merchandise that you wish to exchange MUST be returned within 30 days of the original ship date and meet the return requirements. You can exchange your merchandise for the same product in a different size or color, and we will ship it at no additional charge.
Should you wish to exchange your merchandise for a different item, any difference in cost for the replacement item, plus applicable shipping fees, will be applied to the original payment method.
Items returned within 30 days of the original ship date and that meet the return requirements are eligible for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and will only be considered in the event of a mistaken or defective item.
Items returned within 30 days of the original ship date and that meet the return requirements are eligible for a STORE CREDIT, if you desire, in lieu of a refund or exchange. Please indicate on the return authorization form if you wish to receive a credit. Store Credits Do Not Expire.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs, or for tracking your return. We suggest you insure your shipment and obtain tracking information from your delivery service. We cannot be responsible for lost packages. We also do not credit return shipping charges.
